The textures and colours are so inspiring!

These doorways led to my design for "SIMONE"

a combination of hand woven details and stitches to create a completely unique piece.

Tapestry Bags

A friend who recently visited Vietnam brought back a handful of gorgeous woven bags.

After much contemplation I decided to cut them up and used the woven designs on the front exterior pockets of these bags. The tapestry designs add a unique splash off fun to a very functional bag.

These stunning limited edition bags are made from a beautiful Gemsbok (Oryx) leather and featuring colourful woven tapestries on the front pockets. 

This bag is unlined, has an inside leather zip pouch for storing valuables and will easily fit an A4 folder.

Bottom is reinforced with  removable reinforcement for added strength. Bag closes with a top zip.

Garden and Home Expo

After weeks of preparation and building up stock, the Home Grown Expo in Durban is finally over and what a huge success! Thanks to all for the support. A grueling 10days with a 12hour stretch is not recommended!!. I was fortunate enough to be situated next to the ladies from Miracle Touch who kindly sneaked in a few complementary massages when we weren’t busy. I may have over exaggerated the pain in my back a tad... 

The expo was bustling with tones to see and I would definitely recommend you pop in next year.
